Harbor & Vine

Terms & Conditions

Governed by the laws of New South Wales · Effective January 2026

  1. Acceptance

Browsing harborandvine.com.au marketing properties or preview builds constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If anything is objectionable, kindly discontinue browsing.

  2. Illustrative ordering

Buttons referencing Payment preference on this rehearsal site emulate user journeys exclusively. Selecting Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Afterpay establishes zero payment obligation or processor tokenisation. Honourable diners confirm expenditures only through POS terminals or gateways issued by authorised personnel on premises or via sanctioned delivery partners once live commerce exists.

  3. Reservations

Requests submitted digitally remain indicative until verbally or electronically reaffirmed by our reservations desk. Busy harbour evenings may impose minimum spends or abbreviated seating windows — clarified at confirmation.

  4. Menu fidelity

Printed and digital menus adapt to tides, butcher yields, vineyard allocations and regulatory guidance. Imagery portrays representative plating; garnish micro-variations routinely occur.

  5. Conduct

Harbor & Vine fosters inclusive environments. Behaviour jeopardising patrons or teammates may result in refusal of service pursuant to Liquor Act 2007 (NSW) obligations.

  6. Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under ACL Schedule 2 consumer guarantees remain unaffected. Aside from non-excludable rights, Harbor & Vine limits cumulative liability arising from reliance on brochure material to resupplying equivalent hospitality services valued at AUD $250 where demonstrably deficient.

  7. Intellectual property

Photography licences, typography pairings and copy tonality remain proprietary unless expressly attributed. Unauthorized commercial scraping contravenes the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

  8. Complaints escalation

Operational matters: [email protected]. Regulatory matters may be directed via Fair Trading NSW.

These Terms accompany the Privacy Policy; together they summarise marketing-site expectations whilst guests await signature experiences over Sydney Harbour.
